The Triumph Speed Triple R is a four-stroke, transverse three-cylinder motorcycle with a capacity of 1050cc. It has 12.0:1 compression ratio, multipoint sequential electronic fuel injection, and a maximum power of 99 kW/135 hp at 9400 rpm. It has a wet, multi-plate clutch and a six-speed transmission with a final drive of X ring chain. It has a fuel capacity of 17.5 L/4.6 US gal, weighs 212 kg/466lbs when wet, and has an average fuel consumption of 5.95 L/100 km, 16.8 km/l, 39.5 US mpg, or 47.5 Imp mpg. The top speed for the bike is 253.8 km/h or 157.7 mph, and it has a standing ¼ mile time of 11.3 seconds.
