The Triumph Scrambler is a motorcycle that was produced in 2009. It has a four-stroke, parallel-twin, DOHC engine with a capacity of 865cc and a compression ratio of 9.2:1. The bike has an air-cooled cooling system and a wet sump lubrication system. The twin carburetors have a throttle position sensor and electric carburetor heaters. The ignition is digital inductive type and the bike has an electric starter. The maximum power output is 44.1 kW at 7000 rpm and the maximum torque is 69 Nm at 5000 rpm. The clutch is wet, multi-plate and the transmission is a five-speed. The final drive is an X-ring chain. The bike has a length of 2213mm, width of 860mm, height without mirrors of 1202mm, a wheelbase of 1500mm, and a seat height of 825mm. The dry weight of the bike is 230kg, fuel capacity is 16.6 litres and standing start 1/4 mile is 14.7 seconds with a top speed of 169.4 km/h.
