The Suzuki TS 250 was a two-stroke, single cylinder motorcycle produced from 1969 to 1972. It had a capacity of 246 cc with a compression ratio of 6.7:1 and was air-cooled. Lubrication was achieved through fuel/oil mix and had a Posi-force CCI system with a high drawn single exhaust. The ignition was Suzuki PEI and it had a 5-speed transmission with chain final drive. Maximum power output was 17.2 kW / 23 horsepower at 6500 rpm with maximum torque of 26.5 Newton meters / 2.7 kilograms-force meters / 19.6 pound-feet at 5000 rpm. The front suspension was telescopic fork, oil-damped while the rear suspension included dual shocks and coil springs. Both front and rear brakes were drum, and the front and rear tires were sized at 3.00-19 and 4.00-18 respectively. The motorcycle had a length of 2115 mm / 83.3 in, width of 880 mm / 34.6 in, height of 1125 mm / 44.3 in, wheelbase of 1370 mm / 53.9 in, ground clearance of 240 mm / 9.5 in, and seat height of 820 mm / 32.3 in. It weighed 128 kg / 282 lbs when dry.
