The Suzuki SX125R was a motorcycle produced between 1987 and 1988. It was powered by a four stroke, single cylinder, OHC engine with a capacity of 125cc. The engine had a maximum power output of 10.4 kW (14 hp) at 9500 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.8 Nm (1.1 kgf-m/8.0 lb-ft) at 8000 rpm. The bike had a kick start and was air cooled with a chain final drive.
The front suspension was a telescopic hydraulic fork and the rear suspension was a mono shock. While relatively small in size, the Suzuki SX125R offered decent performance for its class. It was a lightweight bike that was fun to ride, making it a popular choice for beginner and intermediate riders. Although it was only produced for a short period of time, the Suzuki SX125R has remained a popular model among riders who appreciate its nimble handling and modest but enjoyable performance.
