Suzuki RG 500 Gamma (1986)

The Suzuki RG 500 Gamma is a motorcycle that was manufactured in 1986. Its two-stroke square four-cylinder engine has a rotary valve with exhaust port valves and a capacity of 498 cc. The cooling system is liquid cooled, with a compression ratio of 7.0:1 and a lubrication system of wet sump induction. The ignition is from Suzuki PEI spark plug and starting is by kick. The dry weight is 156 kg, while the wet weight is 175 kg, and the fuel capacity is 22 litres. The consumption average is 8.7 L/100 km, and the braking distance from 60 km/h to 0 is 16 m, while the braking distance from 100 km/h to 0 is 39.2 m. The standing quarter-mile distance for the motorcycle is 11.2 sec at 193.9 km/h, and the top speed is 236.4 km/h. It underwent a road test and was reviewed in the Motociclismo Motosprint Group Test.
