Suzuki GSX400F Impulse (1996-98)

The Suzuki GSX400F Impulse was a motorcycle produced between 1996 and 1998. It featured a four-stroke, in-line four-cylinder engine with DOHC and four valves per cylinder, which had a capacity of 399cc. The bore and stroke measured 52 x 47 mm with a compression ratio of 11.8:1. The cooling system was liquid-cooled, and the induction was done using four 29mm carburetors. The motorcycle started with an electric starter and had a maximum power output of 44 kW (59 hp) at 12,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 37 Nm (27.3 lb-ft) at 10,500 rpm. The engine was mated to a six-speed transmission with chain final drive. The front suspension comprised telescopic forks, while the rear suspension was a dual-shock system with adjustable preload.
