Suzuki GSX400F (1985-86)

The Suzuki GSX400F Katana was a motorcycle produced between 1985 and 1986. It had a four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder, DOHC engine that had 4 valves per cylinder with a capacity of 398cc. The compression ratio was 10.2:1, and the cooling system was air-cooled with a wet sump lubrication system. The bike had 4 x Mikuni BS26SS carburetors and fully transistorized ignition with an electric starter that was powered by a 12V 12Ah battery. The maximum power output was 30.8 kW or 41.3 hp at 10,500 rpm with a maximum torque of 30.2 Nm or 3.1 kgf-m or 22.3 lb-ft at 8500 rpm.
