Suzuki GS500E (1989-94)

The Suzuki GS500E was a motorcycle produced between 1989 and 1994 with a four stroke, parallel twin cylinder, DOHC, 4 valves engine with 487cc capacity and a compression ratio of 9.0:1. It had an air cooled cooling system and 2 x 33mm Mikuni BST carburetors for induction. The electric starting motorcycle had a max power of 28.7 kW / 39 bhp @ 8500 rpm and a max torque of 35.9 Nm / 3.66 kgf-m / 26.5 lb-ft @ 5900 rpm. The motorcycle had a chain final drive with a 6-speed transmission and dual spar frame. The wheelbase measured 1400mm / 55.1 in. and the seat height was 759 mm / 29.9 in.
