The Suzuki Boulevard, Intruder M109R Limited Edition motorcycle was produced during 2006-07 with a four-stroke, 54 degree V-Twin engine that had a capacity of 1786 cc/109 cu. in. It had a liquid-cooled cooling system with a semi-dry sump lubrication and electronic fuel injection (EFI) with two 56mm throttle bodies. The transmission had five speeds with a final drive of a shaft. The front suspension was inverted with 46mm stanchions and had 130 mm/5.1″ of wheel travel, while the rear suspension was a single damper that was preload adjustable and had 120 mm/4.7″ of wheel travel. The front brakes were two 310 mm discs with two piston calipers, and the rear brake was a single 274mm disc with a two piston caliper. The bike weighed 347 kg/764 lbs and had a fuel capacity of 19 litres/5.1 US gal/4.2 Imp gal. The maximum power and torque were 92 kW/123 hp at 6200 rpm and 160 Nm/16.3 kgf-m/118 lb-ft at 3200 rpm, respectively. The bike had a unique appearance with a sleek design and used a limited edition badge.
