The Sherco 5.1i Enduro motorcycle was produced in 2008 and is equipped with a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single-cylinder engine with a capacity of 510.6cc. The engine is designed with electronic fuel injection/digital engine management technology from Magneti Marelli Injection and an ignition system from Kokusan DC – CDI. The bike features a hydraulic clutch, six-speed transmission, and a chain final drive. The frame is built from Chrome-Molybdenum and designed in a single structure. The front suspension consists of a 46 Paioli/Kayaba telescopic fork with forward offset wheel axle and brake calliper. The rear suspension is a progressive system with single Paioli absorber, fully adjustable with four regulation types, linked to the centre of the chassis and pushed by the swing arm through an articulated rod system. Front and rear brakes are single 270mm and 240mm discs, respectively, with 2 piston calipers. The bike comes with a front tyre size of 3.50-17 and a rear tyre size of 5.00-17. The seat height is 900mm, and the wheelbase is 1485mm. The dry weight of the bike is 109kg, and the fuel capacity is 8.5 litres.
