The MV Agusta F4RR motorcycle is a 2016 model with a four-stroke transverse four-cylinder engine that has a capacity of 998cc. It has a compression ratio of 13.4:1 and is liquid cooled, and lubricated with a wet sump. The engine management system, MVICS, has eight injectors, a throttle body full drive by wire Mikuni and torque control with four maps. The bike also features traction control with eight levels of intervention and lean angle sensors. The F4RR boasts a 143.5 kW / 195 hp maximum power output at 13400 rpm and a maximum torque of 110.8 Nm / 11.3 kgm at 9600 rpm. Its transmission is a cassette style six-speed unit with a wet multi-disc clutch and a back torque limiting device. The final drive is by chain and the bike’s frame is a type CrMo steel tubular trellis with a rear swing arm pivot plate made of aluminum alloy. The front suspension is 43mm Ohlins EC Nix hydraulic “upside-down” front forks with TiN superficial treatment and rear suspension is progressive with a single shock absorber. The bike is equipped with Brembo radial-type, single-piece four-piston calipers on 320mm floating front discs and a single 210mm disc Nissin with 4 piston caliper on the rear. The wheels are aluminum alloy, and the bike comes with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 200/55 ZR17 rear tire.
