The MV Agusta 350 Sport Ipotesi was a motorcycle produced from 1974 to 1977. It had a four-stroke, 20-degree inclination parallel twin-cylinder, OHV engine with rocker support and a capacity of 349 cc. The bike was air-cooled and had a compression ratio of 9.5:1. It had a maximum power of 32 hp at 7600 rpm and a wet multiple plate clutch with a 5-speed transmission. The frame was a single-beam tubular and pressed steel and it had a telescopic hydraulic fork front suspension and a swinging arm fork with adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers for the rear suspension. The front brakes were 2x 230 mm hydraulic discs and the rear brakes were a single 230 mm hydraulic disc. The bike weighed 160 kg and had a fuel capacity of 19 litres.
