Motus MST (2014-16)

The Motus MST motorcycle was produced between 2014 and 2016 and featured a four-stroke, 90 degree V4 engine with a capacity of 1645 cc. The firing order was 1-4-3-2 and the bore and stroke were 88 x 67.8 mm. The bike used a liquid cooling system and had a compression ratio of 11.5:1. The ignition sequence was TDC, 345 degrees, 435 degrees, and 630 degrees with closed-loop electronic fuel injection. It had a maximum power output of 123 kW at 7600 rpm and maximum torque of 167 Nm at 5000 rpm. The transmission was a 6-speed sequential gearbox with dual overdrive and final drive was through a chain. The frame was constructed of 4130 chrome-moly tubular steel trellis, with front suspension featuring 43 mm Ohlins NIX30 inverted adjustable forks and a rear suspension of Ohlins TTX36 progressive PS mono-shock with remote preload and rebound adjuster. Front brakes featured 2 x 320 mm floating discs, 4-piston monoblock radial calipers, and Brembo, while rear brakes featured a single 200 mm disc, 2-piston pin-slide caliper, and Brembo. The front wheels were 3.5 x 17, forged aluminum OZ, with Michelin Road Pilot 2CT tires, while the rear wheels were 6.0 x 17, also with Michelin Road Pilot 2CT tires. The seat height was 800 mm, and dry weight was 227 kg, with a fuel capacity of 20.8 liters.
