The Maico Supermoto 380 motorcycle model was produced between 2003 and 2005. It featured a liquid cooled, single cylinder, two-stroke engine with a capacity of 369 cc and a maximum power output of 44.7 kW or 60 horsepower. The ignition was 12V with a 130W SEM and the bike had a wet, multi-plate clutch and a 5-speed transmission with a final drive chain.
The frame was made of chrom molybd~an rohr and the front suspension was a WP 48 with 305mm or 12 inches front wheel travel. The rear suspension featured a Maico Twin link Reiger shock with a rear wheel travel of 320mm or 12.6 inches.
