Maico Supermoto 380 (2003-05)

The Maico Supermoto 380 motorcycle model was produced between 2003 and 2005. It featured a liquid cooled, single cylinder, two-stroke engine with a capacity of 369 cc and a maximum power output of 44.7 kW or 60 horsepower. The ignition was 12V with a 130W SEM and the bike had a wet, multi-plate clutch and a 5-speed transmission with a final drive chain.

The frame was made of chrom molybd~an rohr and the front suspension was a WP 48 with 305mm or 12 inches front wheel travel. The rear suspension featured a Maico Twin link Reiger shock with a rear wheel travel of 320mm or 12.6 inches.

The Supermoto 380 had alloy wheels with wire spokes, a front rim of 3.5 x 17 inches and a rear rim of 4.25 x 17 inches. The front and rear tyres were 120/70-17 and 150/60-17 respectively. The bike had a wheelbase of 1480mm or 58.3 inches, a ground clearance of 358mm or 14.1 inches, and a seat height of 930mm or 36.6 inches.
