The Laverda 500 Sport/Roadster motorcycle was manufactured in 1983 with a four-stroke, parallel twin-cylinder, DOHC engine and a capacity of 497cc. It has a compression ratio of 9.0:1 and runs on an air-cooled cooling system. The bike features 2x 32mm Dell’Orto carburetors for its induction and an electric CDI ignition system. The Laverda 500 Sport/Roadster also comes with a six-speed transmission and a chain final drive. A multiplate wet clutch is included in this model. The Laverda 500 Sport/Roadster can travel up to 105 mph with an average fuel consumption of 48 mpg. The bike is able to run 1/4 mile in 14.5 seconds.
