The Laverda 1000 3CL motorcycle was produced from 1979 to 1981. It features a four-stroke, transverse three-cylinder engine with a capacity of 980 cc and a compression ratio of 9.0:1. Induction is through three Dell’Orto PHF carburetors and ignition is by Bosch electronic. The engine produces a maximum power output of 78 hp at 7250 rpm and a maximum torque of 86 Nm at 5000 rpm.
