The KTM RC8 950 Supermoto was produced from 2006 to 2007 and had a four-stroke, 942cc V-twin cylinder engine with liquid cooling and a compression ratio of 11.5:1. It had a maximum power of 98 horsepower at 8500 rpm and a maximum torque of 95 Nm at 6500 rpm. The transmission was six-speed with a final drive chain. The frame was a tubular chromoly spaced frame, and the front suspension was a 48mm WP upside-down adjustable while the rear suspension was a WP shock fully adjustable. The front brakes had two 305mm discs with four-piston calipers while the rear had a single 240mm disc with one-piston caliper. The motorcycle had a rake of 24.4 degrees, a wheelbase of 1505mm, a dry weight of 191kg, and a fuel capacity of 15 liters. It had a standing quarter-mile time of 11.4 seconds and a top speed of 137 mph.
