The KTM 300 EXC Enduro motorcycle was produced from 2005 to 2006, and is equipped with a liquid-cooled, 297 cc single-cylinder two-stroke engine with a compression ratio of 11.0:1, an ignition system of Kokusan digital 2K-3 and a Keihin PWK36 S AG carburetor. The engine is capable of producing a power of 17 kW/23hp at 6,120 rpm. The motorcycle features a wet multi-plate hydraulically operated clutch, a 5-speed transmission, and a chain-driven final drive. The frame is constructed using central double cradle CrMo4. The front suspension consists of a WP 48mm upside-down fork, while the rear suspension utilizes a fully adjustable WP-PDS mono-shock. The motorcycle comes equipped with a single 260mm disc, 2 piston caliper front brake, and a single 220mm disc, 1 piston caliper rear brake. It has a steering head angle of 62.5o with a wheelbase measuring 1476mm, and ground clearance of 386mm. The seat height of the motorcycle is 945mm, and it weighs 103kg.
