The KTM 1290 Super Duke GT (2018) motorcycle has a 1301 cc V twin, 4-stroke engine with a maximum power output of 129 kW/173 hp and maximum torque of 144 Nm. The cooling system is liquid-cooled and the lubrication system uses pressure lubrication with 3 Eaton pumps. The bike has Keihin EFI, throttle body 56mm induction with Keihin EMS ignition, and RBW with dual ignition. The starting system is electric and the battery is 12V, 12 Ah. The clutch is a PASC slipper, hydraulically operated, and the transmission has 6 speeds with a final drive chain. The frame is made of chrome-moly steel trellis and the suspension consists of WP Semi-Active 48mm front forks and a single-sided swingarm with WP Semi-Active monoshock at the rear. The bike is fitted with Brembo M50 4-piston calipers, ABS dual floating discs at the front and a 2-piston Brembo caliper, ABS single disc at the rear. It has an aluminium 3.5 x 17″ front wheel and a 6 x 17″ rear wheel, with Pirelli Angel GT tyres. Its rake is 24.9° with a trail of 107 mm, a wheelbase of 1482 mm, ground clearance of 140 mm, seat height of 835 mm, wet weight of 228 kg and a fuel capacity of 23 litres.
