The KTM 125 EXC Enduro motorcycle was produced from 2003-04 and is a two stroke, single cylinder bike with a 124.8 cc capacity and 12.5:1 compression ratio. It has a Keihin 36 mm flat slide carburetor and Kokusan digital ignition, with a kick starting mechanism. It can produce a maximum power output of 10.9 kW / 15 hp @ 7500 rpm and has a 6 speed transmission and chain final drive. The front suspension consists of a 43 mm WP upside down fork and shock, with front wheel travel of 300 mm / 11.8 in, while the rear suspension is a fully adjustable WP PDS mono shock with rear wheel travel of 335 mm / 13.1 in. The bike has a dry weight of 104 kg / 229 lbs and 9 L / 2.4 US gal / 2.0 Imp gal fuel capacity. According to Bike Sales review, this model is suitable for enduro racing.
