The Kawasaki KLR 650 for model years 2012-13 is a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single-cylinder motorcycle with a capacity of 651cc. It has a semi-synthetic, 10W/40 engine oil and a Keihin CVK40 induction system. The bike also has a 5-speed transmission and a sealed chain final drive. The frame is a semi-double cradle made of high-tensile steel, and the suspension consists of air-adjustable forks in the front and a UNI-TRAK linkage system in the rear.
