The Kawasaki GPz 400S was a motorcycle produced between 1986 and 1987. It had a four-stroke, parallel twin-cylinder, DOHC engine, with a capacity of 399cc and a compression ratio of 10.7:1. The bike had a liquid cooling system and was equipped with 4x Kelhin CVM30 carburetors, and had an ignition CDI system with electric starting.
