The Kawasaki GPX250R, also known as the EX250 Ninja or ZZR 250, was produced from 1998-2000 as a four-stroke parallel twin, DOHC engine with 4 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 248 cc. It has a liquid cooling system and a compression ratio of 12.4:1. The bike is equipped with 2 Keihin CVK30 carburetors and electronic advance ignition system with NGK spark plugs. The maximum power is 45 hp @11,000 rpm with a maximum torque of 24 Nm @10,000 rpm. It has a clutch with a wet, multi-disc, manual cable-actuated transmission and 6-speed capabilities with a final chain drive.
