The Kawasaki GPX250R (also known as the EX250 Ninja or ZZR 250) was produced between 1986 and 1989. It has a four stroke, parallel twin engine with DOHC, and 4 valve per cylinder. With a capacity of 248cc and bore x stroke of 62 41.2mm, it also has a liquid cooling system and compression ratio of 12.4:1. The bike is equipped with 2x Keihin CVK30 constant velocity, diaphragm-type induction and electronic advance ignition. The GPX250R produces a maximum power of 45hp/33.5kW at 11000rpm and a maximum torque of 24Nm/17.7 lb-ft at 10000rpm. It has a wet, multi-disc, manual, cable-actuated clutch with a 6 speed transmission and chain final drive.
