The Honda XL 350 was a motorcycle model produced between 1976-78. Its engine was a four-stroke, single cylinder, OHC with a capacity of 348cc and a bore x stroke of 79 x 71mm. The cooling system was air-cooled and the compression ratio was 8.5:1. The bike had a 1 x 34mm Keihin induction system and magneto ignition with starting being kick-only. Maximum power output was 22.4 hp at 7500 rpm with maximum torque being 17 lb-ft at 3000 rpm. The transmission had five speeds with chain final drive. Suspension consisted of leading axle coil spring forks in the front and a swing arm with dual dampers in the rear. Brakes were 155mm drum in the front and 140mm drum in the rear. Tyres were 3.00 – 21 in the front and 4.00 -18 in the back with the wheelbase measuring 1397mm / 55in. Seat height was 864mm / 34in with ground clearance at 236mm / 9.2in. The wet weight of the bike was 150kg / 331lbs with fuel capacity at 9.5 Litres / 2.5 US gal.
