The Honda Shadow Spirit 1100 is a four stroke, 45 degree V-twin engine motorcycle produced between 2005-06 with a capacity of 1099cc. It has a compression ratio of 8.5:1 and is liquid cooled. The motorcycle has a maximum power of 67 hp at 5500 rpm and maximum torque of 91 Nm at 2700 rpm. It comes with a five-speed transmission and a shaft final drive. The front suspension has 41mm telescopic forks with a 150mm wheel travel while the rear suspension is equipped with dual shocks, spring preload adjustable and a 100mm wheel travel. The front brake consists of a single 316mm disc with a two piston caliper while the rear brake has a drum. Its seat height is 730mm which is very close to 28.7 inches. The motorcycle has a dry weight of 250 kg or 553 lbs, and a fuel capacity of 15 litres or 3.9 US gallons. The front tyre is 110/90-19 and the rear tyre is 170/80-15. It uses two spark plugs per cylinder thanks to its solid-state digital ignition. It comes with electric start, two 36mm Keihin carbs induction, and is capable of producing 67 lb-ft of torque.
