The Honda NX125 Transcity, produced between 1997 and 1999, was a four-stroke, single-cylinder motorcycle with a capacity of 124.8cc. It had a bore x stroke of 56.5 x 49.5mm, an air-cooled cooling system, and a compression ratio of 9.5:1. The bike had a single 24mm carb induction and CDI ignition, with electric starting. The maximum power output was 13 horsepower at 9000 RPM, with a max torque of 12 Nm at 7500 RPM. The transmission was a 6-speed, with a final chain drive.
The front suspension had hydraulic fork tubes with a 35mm diameter, allowing for 204mm/8in of front wheel travel. The rear suspension was equipped with Prolink Monoshock, which provided 180mm/7in of travel. The front brake system had a single 240mm disc with a 2lpiston caliper, while the rear brake had a 110mm drum.
