The Honda NSR 125F is a two-stroke, single-cylinder motorcycle with reed valve induction, produced in 1988. It has a 124.8cc engine with a bore and stroke of 54 x 54mm, and a compression ratio of 12.0:1. The induction system consists of a Dell’Orto PHBH 28 FS carburetor and the ignition is a capacitor discharge electronic ignition. The motorcycle is capable of producing 31 horsepower at 10,500rpm and 20.85 Nm of torque at 9,000rpm. It features a multi-disc oil bath clutch and a 6-speed transmission with a chain final drive. The frame is a double cradle tubular steel design and the front suspension consists of 35mm Marzocchi telescopic forks, with a Marzocchi shock and Pro-kink adjustable preload in the rear. The front and rear brakes are single-disc with 2 and 1 piston calipers respectively. The front and rear tire sizes are 100/80-17 and 130/70-18, respectively. The seat height is 800mm and dry weight is 132kg. It has a fuel capacity of 10 litres with an average fuel consumption of 18km/lit. The braking distance from 60-0 and 100-0 is 13.4m and 38.6m, respectively. The standing 1/4 mile time is 15.4 seconds with a top speed of 160km/h.
