The Honda NM4 Vultus is a unique-looking motorcycle with a parallel twin-cylinder, SOHC, 8-valve engine that has a capacity of 745cc. It is liquid-cooled and uses PGM-FI electronic fuel injection. The bike has a 6-speed dual clutch transmission with two automatic shift modes and a manual shift mode. It also has a diamond steel pipe frame and front suspension forks with a 43mm diameter that can travel 120mm. The rear suspension has a monoshock damper and Pro-Link swingarm, with a travel length of 100mm. The bike has front and rear hydraulic disc brakes with sintered metal pads. The wheels are multi-spoke cast aluminum with a front rim size of 18M/C x MT3.50 and rear rim size of 17M/C x MT6.25. The bike has a seat height of 650mm and a wet weight of 245kg. Its fuel capacity is 11.6 litres and it includes a digital speedometer, digital bar-type tachometer, clock, bar-type fuel meter, two trip meters, gear position indicator, outside air temperature gauge, and coolant temperature warning light. The bike also has HISS security and LED headlights and taillights.
