The Honda CRM250R MKIII was a single cylinder, two-stroke motorcycle produced from 1994 to 1996. The engine had a capacity of 249 cc and a compression ratio of 6.4:1. It had a PE31A 32MM carburetor type induction and used CDI ignition. The bike could produce a maximum power of 40 hp at 8000 rpm and a torque of 3.7kg-m at 6500 rpm. The transmission was a 6-speed system with final drive via chain. The bike had telescopic forks at the front and a swinging arm suspension at the rear. The front and rear brakes were single disc with the front tyre being 3.00 -21 and the rear tyre being 4.60 -18. The seat height measured 885 mm and the dry weight of the bike was 115 kg. It was liquid cooled and had a fuel capacity of 10 litres or 2.6 US gallons.
