Honda CBX550 (1982-83)

The Honda CBX 550F was a motorcycle produced between 1982 and 1983. Its engine was a four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder equipped with DOHC and 4 valves per cylinder. The bike had a capacity of 572 cc and had a compression ratio of 9.5:1. The CBX 550F included 4x 30mm Keihin CV carburetors and transistorized ignition. It could produce a maximum power output of 65 hp / 47.4 kW at 10000 rpm, and peak torque of 49 Nm / 36.1 lb-ft at 8000 rpm. The motorcycle ran on a chain last transmission with a 6 speed transmission. The bike weighed 184 kgs/ 406 lbs and had a fuel tank capacity of 17 litres. The wheels had an 18-inch diameter installed on both the front and back, with a tyre width of 3.60-18 for the front and 4.10-18 for the rear.
