Harley Davidson FLSTFI Fat Boy (2001-02)

The Harley Davidson FLSTF/I Fat Boy motorcycle was produced from 2001 to 2002. It features a four-stroke, 45-degree V-twin engine with a capacity of 1449 cc and a compression ratio of 8.9:1. The engine is air-cooled with pushrod-operated overhead valves and hydraulic self-adjusting lifters, and is equipped with a 40mm constant velocity carburetor with enrichener and accelerator pump. Alternatively, it can also be equipped with ESPFI 38mm throttle bore electronic sequential port fuel injection. The motorcycle has a single-fire, non-wasted, map-controlled spark ignition and an electric starter. The maximum power output is 67 hp at 5200 rpm, and the maximum torque is 116.6 Nm at 3500 rpm. The transmission is a 5-speed belt drive, and the primary drive ratio is chain, with a gear ratio of 1st 10.110, 2nd 6.958, 3rd 4.953, 4th 3.862, and 5th 3.150. The frame is comprised of mild steel tubular frame with a rectangular section backbone and stamped, cast, and forged junctions, forged fender supports, and MIG welding. The swingarm is made of mild steel, rectangular tube sections, stamped junctions, and MIG welding. The front suspension is 41.3mm telescopic forks with beer can covers, and the rear suspension is hidden, horizontal-mounted, coil-over shock. The motorcycle has a front and rear disc brake, and the front tire is a D402F MT90B16 72H, while the rear tire is a D401 150/80B16 71H. The rake is 32 degrees, and the fork angle is also 32 degrees. The wheelbase is 1638mm, and the seat height is 645.2mm laden and 698.5mm unladen. The motorcycle has a ground clearance of 130mm, a dry weight of 310kg and wet weight of 324kg, oil capacity of 3.3 litres, and fuel capacity of 18.9 litres.
