The CCM R30 was a motorcycle model released in 2003 by the British motorcycle manufacturer, Clews Competition Machines (CCM). It was a high-performance sports bike designed to compete with the likes of Yamaha’s R1 and Honda’s Fireblade.
The R30 was built with a 644cc engine and produced 54 horsepower. It was equipped with suspension systems from top manufacturers such as Marzocchi and Ohlins. Additionally, it featured an aluminum beam frame, lightweight alloy wheels, and a single-sided swingarm.
The bike’s design was striking, with a sharp front end and a distinctive, understated logo decorating the tank. It was also available in a range of colors including metallic red, blue, and silver.
The CCM R30 received positive reviews for its handling and performance, despite being a lesser-known brand that was not widely available in many markets. However, despite receiving a cult following among motorcycle enthusiasts, the R30 was only produced for a limited time due to financial difficulties faced by CCM.
Today, the CCM R30 remains a popular choice for collectors and riders looking for a unique, high-performance motorcycle with a British touch.
