The Cagiva Raptor 1000 motorcycle was released from 2004 to 2005 and had a four-stroke, 90-degree V-twin engine with electronic fuel injection and a compression ratio of 11.3:1. The liquid-cooled bike had a maximum power output of 105.5 kW at 8500 rpm and a maximum torque of 90.4 Nm at 7000 rpm with a six-speed transmission and chain final drive. The front suspension was a 43mm upside-down hydraulic fork and the rear suspension was a rising rate monoshock preload adjustable. Front brakes consisted of two 298mm discs with four-piston calipers and the rear brakes had a single 220mm disc with a two-piston caliper. The wheelbase was 1440mm, the seat height 770mm, and the dry weight was 192kg with a fuel capacity of 15.2 liters. The bike had an average consumption of 16.6 km/lit, could reach a top speed of 232 km/h, and complete the standing 1/4 mile in 11.1 seconds at 208 km/h. Overall, the Cagiva Raptor 1000 was an impressive motorcycle with powerful performance capabilities.
