Cagiva Freccia 125 C12R  (1989)

The Cagiva Freccia 125 C12R is a two-stroke, single cylinder motorcycle produced in 1989. It has a liquid-cooled engine with a capacity of 125cc and a compression ratio of 13.0:1. The bike has a 28mm Dell’Orto premix carburetor and CDI ignition, with electric starting. The maximum power output is 28.8 hp at 10100 rpm and maximum torque is 20 Nm at the same rpm. The transmission is seven speed and final drive is by chain. The front suspension is Marzocchi telescopic and adjustable anti-dive, while the rear suspension is Marzocchi monoshock. The braking system has a single 298mm disc with a four-piston caliper at the front, and a single 240mm disc with a one-piston caliper at the rear. The front and rear tires respectively are 100/80-16 and 120/80-17. The dry weight of the bike is 125kg and the wet weight is 132kg. The fuel capacity is 16 liters with an average fuel consumption of 19.4 km/lit. The braking distance from 60-0 is 13.4 meters and from 100-0 is 39.5 meters. The standing 1/4 mile time is 15.0 seconds with 140.3 km/h as the top speed. The bike was tested by Motosprint in 1989.
