Cagiva Elefant 900C (1994)

The Cagiva Elefant 900C CAT motorcycle was produced in 1994 and featured a 904cc four-stroke L-twin cylinder engine with a compression ratio of 9.2:1. It also had Mikuni BDST 38 carburetors and a Marelli electronic inductive discharge ignition. The bike had a maximum power output of 95 horsepower at 8500 rpm and a maximum torque of 78 Nm at 5250 rpm. The clutch was a dry multi-disc and the bike had a six-speed transmission and a chain final drive. The frame was a double steel tubular cradle and the bike had front and rear suspension with adjustable preload. It had two front 282mm discs with four-piston calipers and a single 240mm disc with four-piston caliper in the rear. The front and rear tire sizes were 100/90-19 and 140/80-17, respectively.
