BMW R nineT (2014)

The BMW R nineT is a motorcycle model from the German manufacturer BMW. It was first introduced in 2014 and is powered by a four-stroke, boxer engine with a capacity of 1170 cc. The engine is air/oil cooled and features two camshafts and four radially aligned valves per cylinder, along with a central counterbalancer shaft. The motorcycle has a six-speed constant mesh transmission and a shaft final drive. The frame consists of a front section and three rear sections, with a load-bearing engine-gearbox unit and a removable pillion frame for single ride use. The front suspension is an upside-down telescopic fork with a 46 mm diameter, while the rear suspension is a cast aluminium single-sided swing arm with BMW Motorrad Paralever. The motorcycle also features BMW Motorrad ABS, with front brakes consisting of two 320mm floating brake discs and 4 piston radial calipers, and rear brakes consisting of a single 265mm disc with 2 piston floating caliper.
