BMW R 1200RS LC (2017-18)

The BMW R 1200RS LC motorcycle is a four stroke, two cylinder horizontally opposed Boxer engine with a capacity of 1170 cc. It has a liquid / air cooled cooling system and a compression ratio of 12.5:1. The bike runs on premium unleaded fuel and has a closed-loop 3-way catalytic converter for emission control. The maximum power output is 92 kW / 125 hp at 7750 rpm and the maximum torque is 125 Nm / 12.7 kgf-m / 92 lb-ft at 6500 rpm. The bike has front and rear disc brakes with ABS and a wheelbase of 1527 mm / 60.1 in. The seat height is adjustable between 760 mm and 820 mm / 29.9 in – 32.2 in and the wet weight is 231 kg / 509.2 lbs. The fuel capacity is 18 litres / 5.3 US gal with a reserve of 4 litres / 1.0 US gal. The BMW R 1200RS LC motorcycle is permitted a total weight of 450 kg / 992 lbs.
