BMW R 1200GS (2012)

The BMW R 1200GS (2012) is a four-stroke, two-cylinder horizontally opposed Boxer engine motorcycle with a capacity of 1170 cc. The bike has a maximum power of 81 kW (110 hp) at 7,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 120 Nm (88 lb-ft) at 6,000 rpm. It is equipped with a 6-speed transmission and a shaft final drive. The R 1200GS has a tubular steel frame and uses Telelever front suspension with a 41mm stanchion diameter and central spring strut. The rear suspension is a die-cast aluminum single-sided swinging arm with BMW Motorrad Paralever and hydraulic spring preload adjustment.
