The Beta RR 450 Enduro motorcycle was produced in the years 2005 and 2006. It has a four-stroke, single-cylinder engine with 448cc capacity and a compression ratio of 11.0:1. The cooling system is liquid-cooled and lubrication is forced with two oil pumps. The ignition is DC-CDI without a trembler and has variable ignition timing of the Kokusan type. Starting is by kick and it has a six-speed transmission with a final chain drive. The frame is made of molybdenum steel and has a double cradle split above the exhaust port. The front suspension is a hydraulic USD fork of 45mm and has a front wheel travel of 290mm, while the rear suspension is a monoshock with progressive compound lever and has a rear wheel travel of 300mm. The front brakes have a single 255mm disc with a 2 piston caliper, and the rear brakes have a single 240mm disc with a 1 piston caliper. The front wheel size is 1.60 x 21 with a 90/90-21 front tire size, while the rear wheel size is 2.15 x 18 with a 140/80-18 rear tire size. The seat height is 940mm and has a ground clearance of 320mm. It has a dry weight of 117kg and a fuel capacity of 8.5L.
