ATK 605 (1994-95)

The ATK 605 was a motorcycle model produced by American manufacturer ATK during the 1994-95 period. The bike was aimed at the off-road market and featured impressive specifications such as a liquid-cooled 605cc engine and suspension provided by WP. However, the ATK 605 was not particularly successful commercially, partly due to competition from established brands in the market such as Honda and Yamaha. Additionally, some riders found the bike’s handling to be difficult due to its weight distribution and high center of gravity. Despite these challenges, the ATK 605 has gained a cult following among some motorcycling enthusiasts who appreciate its unique design and rugged capabilities. Today, examples of the ATK 605 are still available on the used motorcycle market, often at reasonable prices, for those looking for a distinctive off-road riding experience.
