Aprilia SX 125 (2008-09)

The Aprilia SX 125 (2008-09) motorcycle is a single cylinder two-stroke bike with a capacity of 125. It has an aluminium cylinder with Nikasil coated liner and a read valve intake, separate mixing and homologated to Euro 3 standard. It features a Dell Orto VHST 28 induction, electronic CDI ignition and kick starting mechanism. The bike delivers a maximum power of 16.4 kW or 22hp and a maximum torque of 16.0 Nm or 1.6 kgf-m or 11.8 ft-lb. It has a 6-speed transmission and chain final drive with gear ratios of 1st 10:30, 2nd 14:29, 3rd 17:27, 4th 19:25, 5th 21:23 and 6th 22:21. The high strength steel frame has a double trellis beam and double cradle, with a separate seat frame. The front suspension features upside-down telescopic fork and the rear suspension has a steel swing arm and hydraulic monoshock with a piggyback cylinder. The front and rear brakes consist of a single ~A260mm disc, sliding 2 piston caliper (Brembo) and single ~A220mm disc, sliding 1 piston caliper, respectively. The front tyre of the bike measures 110/70 17 and it has a liquid cooling system with a compression ratio of 12.5:1. The Aprilia SX 125 (2008-09) conforms to the Euro 3 standard.
