The Aprilia SMV 1200 Dorsoduro motorcycle was released in 2011 and is powered by a four-stroke, 90-degree V-twin engine with a capacity of 1197cc. It has a liquid-cooled system with a compression ratio of 12.5:1 and an ignition system with two spark plugs per cylinder integrated with the injection system. The bike has a length of 2216mm, a width of 905mm at the handlebar, and a height of 1185mm at the instrument panel. Its dry weight is 212 kg and it has a fuel capacity of 12 litres. It can cover an average consumption of 5.9 L/100 km and has a top speed of 230.2 km/h.
