Aprilia RX 125 R (2010-13)

The Aprilia RX 125 R is a motorcycle produced between 2010 and 2013. It features a single cylinder two-stroke engine with a capacity of 124.8 cc, a compression ratio of 12.5:1, and is homologated to Euro 3 standard. The engine uses an aluminium cylinder with a Nikasil coated liner, read valve intake, and separate mixing. It is liquid cooled and uses a Dell Orto VHST 28 induction system with electronic CDI ignition. The motorcycle can be started with both electric and kick methods. It has a maximum power output of 15.7 kW and a maximum torque of 16 Nm. The clutch is wet, multiplate, and the transmission has 6 speeds, with a final drive chain. The frame of the motorcycle is made of high strength steel with double trellis beam and double cradle, and a separate seat frame. The front suspension is an upside-down telescopic fork while the rear suspension is a steel swingarm with hydraulic monoshock and piggyback cylinder. The front brake features a single 260 mm disc with 2 piston caliper, and the motorcycle has a maximum wheel travel of 260 mm at the front and 270 mm at the rear.
