The Aprilia RX 125 Six days Model L was a motorcycle produced between 1988 and 1990. It featured a single cylinder, two-stroke engine with a Rotax 123 and Gilardoni cylinder/head, a capacity of 124.8cc, and a compression ratio of 11.5:1. The cooling system was liquid cooled and the induction used a VHSB34 LD carburetor. The bike had a kick start and a maximum power output of 24.2 kW at 10800 rpm and a max torque of 20.6 Nm at 10500 rpm. The transmission had six speeds and the final drive was a #520 chain. Front suspension was provided by a Marzocci upside-down fork and rear suspension was a swingarm with a single shock absorber. The bike had single disc brakes, measuring 250mm at the front and 220mm at the rear. The front and rear tires were 90/90-21 and 120/90-18, respectively. The wet weight was 115kg and the fuel capacity was 9L. The bike achieved an average consumption of 5.5L/100km and had a top speed of 132.2 km/h. In a Motosprint 1990 Group Test, it completed the standing 1/4 mile in 15.2 seconds and reached a top speed of 82.1 mph. Braking from 60 km/h took 14.8 meters and from 100 km/h took 43.1 meters.
