The Aprilia RC 125 was a motorcycle produced from 1977 to 1982. It was fitted with a single cylinder, two-stroke engine with a capacity of 125 cc and air cooling. The exhaust was a single pipe located under the seat and induction was by carburetor. The bike had a kick start and could produce a maximum power of 17.2 kW or 23 horsepower at 10,000 rpm. The transmission was six-speed and the final drive was a chain. The front suspension was a telescopic fork and the rear suspension was a swingarm with dual shocks featuring coil springs. Both the front and rear brakes were drum. The wheels were steel spoked with a 21-inch front tire and an 18-inch rear tire. The dry weight of the bike was 88 kg or 194 lbs. Despite being discontinued, the Aprilia RC 125 remains a classic motorcycle, popular with collectors and enthusiasts alike.
