The Yamaha FZ-S FI V 3.0 motorcycle was released in 2019, with a four stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 2 valve engine of 149cc capacity. It has a compression ratio of 9.5:1, fuel injection induction, and a wet sump lubrication system. The bike also features TCI ignition and electric starting.

At 8000 rpm, the motorcycle can produce a maximum power output of 13.2 hp (kW), and a maximum torque of 12.8 Nm (lb-ft) at 6000 rpm.
