Victory Vegas 8 (2007-08)

The Victory Vegas 8 Ball motorcycle was produced from 2007 to 2008 with a 1634 cc V-twin engine featuring 4 valves per cylinder and a 9.8:1 compression ratio. Induction is achieved through electronic fuel injection with 44mm throttle bodies, while the bike is started electrically with a 12 volt, 18 amp hour battery. The wet, multi-plate clutch is backed by a 6-speed transmission which drives a carbon fiber reinforced belt for final propulsion. Suspension components consist of a 43 mm inverted cartridge telescopic fork up front and a single, mono-tube gas forged and cast aluminum rear shock absorber with rising rate linkage. The front brake system utilizes a 300 mm floating rotor and 4 piston caliper, while the rear uses a single 300 mm floating rotor and 2 piston caliper. The bike rides on an 80/90-21 front tire and a 180/55 R18 rear tire, with seat height being 640 mm (25.2 inches). The dry weight of the Victory Vegas is 291 kg (645 lbs) and GVWR is 522 kg (151 lbs). Fuel capacity for the bike is 17 liters (4.5 US gallons).
