The Triumph Daytona T100R was a motorcycle produced by Triumph from 1967 to 1974. It had a four-stroke, twin-cylinder, overhead valve (OHV) engine with 2 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 490cc. The bore and stroke were 69mm and 65.5mm respectively, giving it a compression ratio of 9.0:1. It was air-cooled and had a kick-start mechanism. The maximum power output was 29.2kW or 40 horsepower at 7200 rpm. The transmission was a 4-speed system and the final drive was via a chain.
