The Suzuki TS185 Sierra was a two-stroke, single cylinder motorcycle introduced in 1973 and produced until 1976. It had a 183 cc capacity and could produce a maximum power of 13.4 kW at 7000 rpm, and a maximum torque of 18.6 Nm at 6500 rpm. The engine had a compression ratio of 6.7:1 and was cooled by air. The induction was provided by a Mikuni VM26 carburetor, and the ignition was Suzuki PEI, pointless. The bike had a kick starter and a wet, multiplate clutch with a 5-speed transmission and chain final drive.
